Volunteers Needed for Floodplain Committee

Foxfield Residents,

We would like to invite you to be a part of our Floodplain Committee that is being formed to address the several areas in our Town that may be affected by floodplains. 

Why is this Committee being created?

We've all dealt with solicitation, and while there are many legitimate businesses that may solicit, the reality is that most are unwanted.  Summertime brings out a variety of solicitors, and they have been active in Foxfield, so we wanted to share a few tips.  

Pine Beetle Infestation--help stop the spread!

The number of dead pine trees is very high this year.  With the combination of damage from hailstorms, and the lack of wintertime watering, many trees are weak and vulnerable to pine beetle infestation.

Congratulations to the new Trustees

As communicated recently, the Board of Trustees had three vacant positions.  The Town was lucky enough to have a talented group of applicants step forward and interview for the appointments.  First, we would like to thank each of the applicants, as their willingness, dedication and talent are very much appreciated.

Ward 1 applicant: Tim Schultz

Ward 3 applicants: Gaia Georgopoulos, Jithu Pakanati

Trustee-At-Large: Shadia Ahmad, Doug Hodge, Cliona Johnson

The following applicants were ultimately selected for appointment:

Republic Service 2024 rate increase

Residents should have received an additional invoice detailing a 2024 rate increase for Republic Services.

As a reminder, each household is responsible for establishing an individual accounts with Republic Service and invoicing questions and service issues should be directed to Republic Services.
