Fire Prevention

As fall is approaching with a dry climate, fire prevention is very important to protect your individual properties and the community as a whole. Foxfield is especially prone to fires due to the tall grass that grows natively to this area and the large size of our lots. Here are some Fire Prevention Tips:

Community Garage Sale

Foxfield residents are invited to participate in the community garage sale on Friday & Saturday, August 22nd and 23rd. Residents are responsible for sale items at their own homes. Advertising will be provided for this event by Jim Rauh of Key Real Estate Group. They will also post banners leading people into town. Participants are encouraged to put up individual signs, arrows or balloons to easily identify their location. Remember to take your signs down when the sale is over!

NEW Gate Vandalism

Foxfield Residents:

We come to you again with new occurrences and updated pictures of the individuals that are deliberately breaking the gate arms. We ask that if you can identify the individual in the photos, please let the Town Clerk know.

Solicitation

We've all dealt with solicitation, and while there are many legitimate businesses that may solicit, the reality is that most are unwanted.  Summertime brings out a variety of solicitors, and they have been active in Foxfield, so we wanted to share a few tips.

Pine Beetle Infestation--help stop the spread!

The number of dead pine trees is very high this year.  With the combination of damage from hailstorms, and the lack of wintertime watering, many trees are weak and vulnerable to pine beetle infestation.
