The Town of Foxfield is committed to online accessibility for all residents and has prepared this continuing action plan to identify online barriers to accessibility and opportunities to remove those barriers for people with disabilities through policy modification and training. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and in doing so adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines. Our goal is to deliver a web experience that achieves “Level AA” conformance according to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines v2.1 (WCAG 2.1). 

The Town is currently using the platform Allyant. This content management system works with other vendors to provide tools to help mitigate accessibility issues as it relates to navigating the website and with PDF remediation. 

In the meantime, to accommodate all individuals and ensure accessibility to the public, we have staff ready to assist you to access all functions of the Town's website and other technology by calling 303-680-1544. To request reasonable accommodations or modifications, or to report inaccessible content, please reach out to the Town Clerk through by email clerk@townoffoxfield.com or by calling 303-680-1544.

Within 2 business days after receipt of the issue/request, the Town Clerk will contact the person initiating the issue/request to discuss the problem and the possible resolutions. Complaints can also be sent to the Town Clerk.
