On December 10th, 2025, the Arapahoe County Water and Wastewater Authority (ACWWA) Board of Directors held a Public Hearing wherein it approved an increase on water and wastewater taps effective January 1, 2026. Per the agreement between ACWWA and the Town of Foxfield, this tap fee increase will become effective 60 days after notification, which will be February 20, 2026.
Foxfield residents may have received notice that the Town trash day was changing. Please note that this message was sent out in ERROR and the trash day will remain the same for Friday. Notices will be placed on your trashcans for the next trash day confirming this message.
