Election 2022
On April 5, 2022, the Town of Foxfield will hold an election for all three Ward trustees. All municipal elections are non-partisan. The term of office is four (4) years.
To run for election, you must be:
- A citizen of the United States of America;
- A registered voter at least 18 years of age;
- A resident of Foxfield for 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the election.
Nomination petitions and other required forms will be available on January 5. They will be posted here or you may pick them up from the Town Clerk. The petition must have 10 signatures of registered voters living within your ward. Completed nomination packets must be returned to the Clerk by January 24.

At the Municipal Election held in the Town of Foxfield on Tuesday, April 7, 2020, the following votes were received:

Foxfield had 651 registered voters as of the date of the election. 209 ballots were cast for a turnout of 32%.
A heartfelt thank you to judges Kay Heimbuck, Judee Mikulka and Linda Eaton, without whose help this election would not have been possible. Thank you to Don and Judee Mikulka for the use of their driveway and front porch as our polling place, and to Don for helping with the canvass. We thank Allyson Zoellner for the fun, personalized masks she made. And thank you to Lisa Jones, Sharon Sager and Pam Thompson for the gloves, wipes and hand sanitizer they donated to help keep everyone safe. This was truly a collaborative community effort.
