Liquor licensing in Colorado requires retailers to first obtain license approval at the local government level. Businesses interested in applying for or renewing a liquor license should go to Liquor | DOR SBG (colorado.gov) to review licensing requirements and to download the latest application version. All applications should be submitted to clerk@townoffoxfield.com. Please do not submit applications directly to the State of Colorado.
Additionally, fees apply at both the local and State level. Please be sure to make both payments and submit proof of payments with your applications.
